Prosecution has not backed down, and in fact has gone on the offensive about their request for a Life Sentence. Despite an unprecedented array of the most distinguished Icons of The American Justice System's petitioning them to reduce, severely, its call forLife Imprisonment for this Bank Fraud Crime - they refuse to do so..Six former Attorney General of The United States, who have served under the Johnson, Reagan, Bush and Clinton Administrations have called for this "outrageous sentence" to be reduced to a "modest number" of years.Former US Attorney Generals; Nicholas Katzenbach, Ramsey Clark (Johnson Administration), Edwin Meese III (Reagan Administration), Richard Thornbaugh (Reagan and Bush Administration), William Barr (Bush Administration) and Janet Reno (Clinton Administration), together with 17 other Justice Department Veterans, expressed their concern in a letter to Linda Reade, the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. who is presiding over the case.This is an absolutely unpredicted display of solidarity, by Democrats and Republican administration veterans, about the plight of a US citizen, being maligned by The US Justice System.All requests to The Current Attorney General Eric Holder, to review and investigate the case, have been rebuffed. As surreal and unimaginable as it is, it is happening as you read these lines.In the realm of natural means, to bring sensible justice to this father of ten, we have exhausted and accomplished a world of incomparable legal support. Now we must turn to the absolute address for our pleas of mercy and Justice; The A-lmighty Himself.As these harrowing next 48 hours, (minus the 5 already gone) unfold, the scales of Justice are being weighed above - not only on behalf of this one Jew, but perhaps on behalf of everything this Jew represents in America.Our Holy Torah states, that our world stands on Three Pillars; Our G-dly Torah, Our Prayers, and Our Charity.The world is wobbling. Have a piece of Passover Matzah. As you do, reflect on all which it symbolizes. Prayer - Please recite Psalms 20, 51, and 150 from The Book of Psalms, in Hebrew or English, today. These three chapters have utmost significance to Mr. Rubashkin and his plight.
